THE CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGES THAT:
1. All designs, schematics, and documentation are freely available under open source
licenses by writing at: info@openqcm.com
2. They could build this apparatus independently using publicly available information
3. They are commissioning our assembly services for convenience, and it is provided as an evaluation/development kit and not as a commercially available end-product.
4. The resulting apparatus is their responsibility and property
5. No CE marking or regulatory compliance is provided or implied

By engaging our services, you confirm that:
- You are a qualified researcher, engineer, or research institution
- You understand this is an assembly service, not a product purchase
- You accept full responsibility for regulatory compliance
- You will use the assembled apparatus only for R&D purposes
REGULATORY NOTICE:
The device is an experimental electronic apparatus designed and supplied exclusively for research and development purposes. It is not intended for commercial use nor for general distribution, and it must be operated only by qualified technical personnel in a controlled laboratory environment.
According to applicable European Union legislation:
- - The device is not subject to Directive 2014/30/EU (EMC), pursuant to Article 2.2(e), as it qualifies as a custom evaluation kit for professionals to be used solely for R&D.
- - The device is not subject to Directive 2014/35/EU (LVD), as it operates below 50V DC and does not fall within the scope of the directive.
- - The device is not subject to Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS), as specified in Article 2(4)(f), being exclusively intended for scientific research applications.
As such, this device does not require CE marking, and is not to be considered a finished product placed on the EU market.
This exemption applies strictly under the conditions stated above. Any other use falls outside the intended scope and responsibility of the manufacturer.
