The Quartz Crystal Microbalance openQCM is a mass sensor device designed for use in liquid or in air. The core of openQCM is a quartz sensor capable of measuring mass deposition down to 1 billionth of grams. A fully scientific instrument with accuracy down to 1 Hz.
A new concept QCM with an easy and practical plug&play cover with magnetic mechanical latching, which guarantees the right sealing of fluidic chamber and an easy mounting/unmounting action.
openQCM is simply powered by USB connector that also guarantees the communication interfacce with PC.
The system is already assembled and tested (ready to use). openQCM is delivered with a test report document.
Now you have the opportunity to choose openQCM with a custom fluidic Teflon (PTFE) cell. The cell can be ordered only before delivery and it is is sold together with its openQCM device because each custom piece is made and calibrated for its proper device.
