You can quickly check the status of your order by clicking on the My Account link located at the top of every page on the site. You will need your registered email address and password to check your order status. When you place an order at store.openqcm.com you will receive an order confirmation e-mail immediately that will include your order number and summary. If you do not have your order number please refer to your e-mail confirmation or send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We can also be reached at +39 081 0320584.
It is not possible to place a formal order through the store. However, if you are a Research Institute or an University you can request to place a traditional order by writing to email@example.com. If necessary, we will send you a formal quotation, after that you provide us with the address of your institution.
Yes. We offer a standard warranty of 12 months. Anyway, we love to help and support our customers also after that period.
Our shipping charges are determined by your shipping address and the shipping method you select. No other shipping charges or handling will apply to your order. You can directly estimate your shipping costs from your Shopping Cart on the basis of your Country and/or State informations.
If you are a customer from the European Community, you will obviously not pay customs duties. In other cases (extra EU) it is possible that your Customs, may ask you for taxes. We are not able to estimate the amount of customs taxes, because may vary depending on your Country billing address.
